A major acquisition in the IT sector for the construction industry
Quebec City, April 10, 2017 – The CTRL Group, a growing Quebec-based company that is continuing its momentum in the field of IT and ERP management software, particularly in the industrial and commercial construction sectors, announces the acquisition of the company CGIP, the software editor of Le Gestionnaire.
The acquisition of PGIP, a Quebec-based company that also specializes in computerized project management solutions in the field of construction, will allow the CTRL Group to reinforce its activities and double its presence in the market where it already occupies an important place.
